Standart Delivery
Standard delivery processing time is 1-2 business days, but high volume may cause delays. Additional transit time is needed for delivery. Shipment delays will be communicated via email or phone. Orders are not delivered on holidays. A tracking number is provided once the order is processed and will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates Delivery Estimates
Zoo Chews only ships to the United States with a transit time of 3-5 business days, and shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes.
Damages
Zoo Chews is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping, and customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges. Contact the carrier to file a claim if the product is damaged, and keep all packaging.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund, and sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Zoo Chews only replaces defective items, and customers can request an exchange by emailing info@zoo-chews.com.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their orders, including tariffs and taxes applied during or after shipping.
